Non-Destructive Control

  • Computed tomography

    A system for high-resolution radioscopy and computed tomography of metals is used to validate the inner structure of additively manufactured parts.

  • Visual inner channels inspection

    Flexible fiber-optical endoscopic videoscope systems are used for visual inspection of additive parts’ inner channels of 5.5 mm to 10 mm diameter.

  • Surface accuracy rendering

    The hardware and software system for laser measuring of the distance to object surface control points and projecting a pseudo-coloured image to show geometry discrepancies for the object and the reference 3D model. The technology is used for visual validation of surface geometry accuracy for the tested object.
